Charles Anderson was recently elected by the 100 Black Men of Syracuse Inc. membership to serve a one-year term as the organization’s vice president of administration. Anderson, who represented the city’s Fourth District on the Common Council from 1985 to 1997, is the chief records officer of 100 Black Men of Syracuse.
